Submitted Content

1. ScriptDrive does not claim ownership or rights to content submitted by users ("Submitted Content").
2. The author retains full ownership of any content uploaded to ScriptDrive.
3. ScriptDrive's service facilitates the upload of writers' work for potential discovery by interested parties.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1. ScriptDrive bears no responsibility for:

1. The use of Submitted Content by its users, including downloads to personal devices.
2. Any intellectual property infringement of Submitted Content published through our Service.
3. Content that is offensive, unlawful, harmful to minors, obscene, indecent, or otherwise objectionable.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
2. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit any copyrighted material.

4. Intellectual Property Compliance

1. ScriptDrive complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. ScriptDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to have infringed upon third-party rights or violated intellectual property laws.

5. Content Removal

1. ScriptDrive, at its sole discretion, may remove or decline to publish any Submitted Content that violates these Terms.
2. ScriptDrive reserves the right to terminate user accounts for breach of these Terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

1. In the event of litigation or arbitration between parties, ScriptDrive shall not be responsible for any costs, attorneys' fees, or other expenses incurred in such legal action.

7. Eligibility

2. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service.
3. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement specified in Section 7.2.

8. User Accounts

   1. Accounts are registered to you personally and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred under any circumstances.
   2. Sharing your account or disclosing your password to others is prohibited.
4. Account Termination
   1. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
   2. ScriptDrive reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
      1. Breach of these Terms
      2. Actions inconsistent with these Terms
      3. Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
      4. Conduct that may result in liability to ScriptDrive

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

2. Monetary Disputes
   1. ScriptDrive bears no responsibility for any monetary disputes that may arise between users and professional readers.
   2. Users and professional readers are solely responsible for resolving any financial disagreements between themselves.
3. No Endorsement
   1. The presence of a professional reader on ScriptDrive does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ScriptDrive.
   2. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment when engaging the services of professional readers.
4. User Responsibility
   1. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging the services of any professional reader advertised on ScriptDrive.
   2. ScriptDrive is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by professional readers.
5. Communication and Transactions
   1. All communications and transactions between users and professional readers occur outside of ScriptDrive's platform.
   2. ScriptDrive is not party to any agreements made between users and professional readers.
6. Reporting Misconduct
   1. While ScriptDrive is not responsible for the conduct of professional readers, users are encouraged to report any misconduct or violations of our Terms of Use to ScriptDrive.
   2. ScriptDrive reserves the right to remove any professional reader's advertisement from the site for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at ScriptDrive's sole discretion.

12. Data Usage and Privacy Assurance

1. ScriptDrive does not train any AI models or sell user-uploaded content to third parties for training or commercial purposes.
2. Your uploaded data is used solely for the intended functionality of the platform and remains fully under your ownership and control.

13. Scam Awareness and User Due Diligence

1. ScriptDrive is not responsible for any scams, fraudulent offers, or financial losses resulting from third parties contacting users.
2. Writers are strongly advised to conduct their own research and due diligence before engaging with any producer, agent, or other third party requesting money or making promises that appear suspicious.
